The hotel offers good rooms with a decent size and comfortable beds, but the view was disappointing. The service provided by the staff, especially Mr Lalit ji and Miss Bharti Dixit, was exceptional, making our stay very comfortable. The location is amazing, with a lake view and a heritage property ambiance. The dining experience was relaxing, but improvements in quality were needed. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement.

Even though the hotel is situated at a height providing a beautiful view of the lakes and offers vibrant music for a refreshing experience, unfortunately, the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, reminiscent of single-star rated properties.
I found the hotel to be centrally situated with a great view of the lakes, providing a superb experience overall. The staff was incredibly hospitable, ensuring a top-notch stay. However, I did notice a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in my room, which was a bit untidy.
The palace hotel offers very nice and comfortable rooms with a good view of the jheel/lake, neat & clean, and prompt service. However, while the rooms have been renovated, they lack a new and latest feel. The dining experience is average, but the location is superb, near the Bada Talab Lake, perfect for a peaceful stay.
